"NitraPhos Minus was designed to quickly remove from the high levels of nitrate and phosphate. You can use it together with Pro Bio S. -NP Pro is a nourishment for bacteria and there’s no need to use it while dosing NitraPhos Minus."
So if you are happy with pro bio s and np pro then no need to change or shift. |

Hi cheers for that but still unsure why bring another product out that does the same thing. Or is it more concentrate and or contains different strains of bacteria and carbon source.
Many thanks. |

Hi i thought it contained bacteria as well as a carbon source my mistake.
So its just carbon dosing again? or does it chemically bind the nutrient. Cheers |

Great many thanks you don't know how long pro bio s lasts before it goes off? I have a 50ml bottle I bought 7 months ago its open and I'm using it. It's also permanently kept in the fridge.
Many thanks |

Just following along here, but if I am already having good results using Pro Bio S and NP Pro then I am assuming there is really no reason to switch to NitraPhos Minus? Nitraphos Minus is primarily used instead of NP Pro if your nitrates and phosphates are not being well controlled with NP Pro, but whichever product you use, you should still ought to use it in conjunction with Pro Bio S....is that correct?

Hello,
If you have good results with -NP Pro I think there is no need to change carbon source. |
