Reef Radiance

Alright this isn't a complain thread but maybe someone has dealt with this before while I wait to hear back from this company.
So got a Lumentek 180 from reef radiance and I'm having some issues with it. First the remote they sent me did not work. No biggie really just an annoyance. Reached out to them, told me they would ship me another one.
Second thing, I have the "custom" area set up to ramp up and down for a regular light cycle. This light cycle is suppose to have no light (zero on all channels) between the hours of 1am and 1pm... Well when the custom settings kinda worked (this is to be continued on the third part of this thread) it would ramp up and down good, but in the morning I would wake up to my moon lights still being on when they should of been off for hours. Trippled check my settings. Ok, says zero for those times... Try and reset the light, and re program. Same thing happens.
Today I come home from work and notice my light is set to the "Sunny" setting which is set to zero on all channels. So I try to switch back down to "Custom", doesn't stay to custom, reverts to the "sunny" preset. THat's odd, so I try to set it to cloudy... select the cloudy... wait a few seconds, reverts back to sunny... So at this point I no longer have any ways to control this light....
Sent an email and phone calls and now I'm waiting to hear from ReefRadiance. So if anyone else went through and have some enlightenment to throw my way PLEASE PLEASE do so.

Alright so if anyone was watching, I received a call from the owner and it help me make it all right. So now the light is working awesome and I'm a happy camper again.
