Urgent help with lanthanum chloride

I bought 100 gram of lanthanum chloride salt LaCl3.7H2O
i mixed 16.6 gram to one liter of ro water to make solution with strength of 1ml of lanthanum solution decrease 0.1 ppm of po4 in 100 liter

Its not working as it should is there is any way to check my calculations or how i could calculate for this strength

The best advice I can give is if it were the best way to treat phosphate every manufacture would sell it. Water changes maybe your best solution.

Alot of company's already selling it and i already dosed to my sps dominated tank it works very good for me
