Didn't realize that to be honest. Removed that from the list. Thanks.

I thought they are protected. Haven't seen any star or paddle grass for a while.

I would also add algaebarn.com. They have a larger selection of macro algae and are planning on expanding their selection in the future.

I'm looking for shoal grass; if anybody knows of a source, please let me know! I can't find it anywhere, but hopefully some will turn up between now and June

I’m looking for some type of algae that roots for a part of my sump with sand if anyone has any leads. Looked through the places mentioned here, and looks like they are out of stock of the ones I like.

Florida Pets dot com sells shoal grass. They were hit hard by the hurricane last year, so they haven't had it in stock, but keep an eye out.

Caulerpa prolifera roots in sand. It is available online, here and there.

I was also thinking mangroves, but I’ve heard about many people’s failure to adapt them to reef tank salinity levels.

I think you should remove Aquarium Creations Online from the list, so people do not get scammed from this seller.

I was thinking of buying from them. Can you elaborate on this?

Did you have a bad experience with Aquarium Creations Online? Please explain.

I had them on my own list, but found their shipping cost outrageous, so I removed them. I also noted a long list of pre-excuses for not taking good care of customers, which was a big red flag.

I'm curious to hear your experience with them.

Yes I did have bad experience with them. Their communication is horrible. Also, you can check their facebook and search on 'aquarium creations online', you can see many horrible stories about them.

Thanks MDboyz. Good to know. I had a feeling. The closer I looked, the worse they appeared. Sorry you had to go through that, but hopefully, you've saved some of us from the same misfortune.
