Found this guy in my shrimp bag, anyone know what it is

He kind of looks like a leech but also a slug and was wondering if hes parasitic or not

Sorry, there isn't enough detail in the picture to tell what I'm looking at. If the top side of the critter is segmented, it could be a chiton. Otherwise, it could be any number of things, including a nudibranch, sacoglossan, or other variety of sea slug.
