My tank is 35" x 20 x 24" high. I have a gigantea, some digi and birds nest, lps and zoas what would be a good starting light setting?

I'd suggest starting around 30%, and ramping up slowly from there. I have a similar lighting set up and increased my lighting 1%/day until I got it where I wanted it. Coral didn't seem to have any issues with it.
