How old are these clownfish?
Is there chasing followed by the one being chased shaking? If so this is how they bond, they will continue this activity for a long time if not forever. It is the female expressing her dominance over the male. Now if they are young, you probably have 2 males. Once the dominance if figured out the more dominant one will turn female.

the one clown fish is bigger so i think that is the female, they are both saddle backs, and yes sometimes the smaller one shakes, also the smaller ones eyes have an orange ring... the other ones eyes are solid black.
the smaller one sometimes hides under a rock. they dont bother the other fish at all 12 blue/green chromis 1 flagtail goby 1 purple firefish goby 1 vultan - something like that anthias |

Well from what I understand about clowns, sooner or later they will develop a territory that they protect from most other fish.
If I were you I would be more worried about the chromis. I have never had them but I think I remember reading a thread that in those large of numbers the stronger will pick on/kill the weak ones. I think I read somewhere that it will eventually get down to a small odd number like 5, 3, or even 1. I can't be 100% sure of that but I would do a search if I were you.
