Maxi jet mj 1000

Hi my pump has failed on my calcium reactor the circulation pump not the feed pump
I was thinking of replacing it with a maxi jet 1000 Has anyone used the maxi jet pumps before ? I thought these would be a good idea as you can use pump internal and external if anyone else can recommend a replacement pump for my circulation pump on my calcium reactor thanks

Something with the same flow rate as the original.
Try to match piping size too.
