My 125
Not to exciting because I don't have a lot of money in the budget to do things I'd like but exciting enough to pull a chair up and look at everyday. Currently trying to get more growth out my current corals, bumped alkalinity a bit and magnesium, using reef crystals it seems my calcium is always a bit high or right on point. So gonna play around for the next couple of months and see if anything works. If anyone has any advice I'm always all ears. Connected two sumps together with bulkheads and a pvc pipe, just because I had 2 and wanted more space and water volume.

Nice I like the connecting of the two sumps. Any issues with the water coming directly out of the pipe into the chaeto, every think of putting a diffuser on it?

Have you killed the power to see what happens when you have the tank/sump levels you want?

I would think that if the water level dropped it will be just like having a weired off return chamber with the return pump side sump draining down and the first sump not having enough water to fill up to the pipe and get it back into the second sump.
