Splitting 1.5" return line, adding eductors

I want to split(tee, wye, etc) my 1.5" return and add a couple eductors.

Would it make sense to reduce pipe diameter after i split it? Say if I went down to 1" or even 3/4", would that be beneficial or detrimental to flow overall?

I'm running a reeflo hammerhead hybrid,

The tank is 800 gallons, L-shape.

I know this old, but remember that if you are running a 1.5 return, then to run (2) 1" downsized pipes adds up to more than 1.5. So you would need to run smaller pipe, and the further from the return pump, the smaller still if you are running multiple outlets on the same line, especially the longer the run. Make sense?
