Question Regarding High Calc and Mag

Today I did some parameter tests on my tank and notice my Calc and Mag are rather high. How do I lower Calcium and Mag to the proper level? I am using reef crystals for reference. Also including the other parameters

Salinity 1.026
PH 8.1
Temp 78.3
Alk - 7 (seems a little low)
Nitrate ~10
Po4 - .02
Calc - 550
Mag - 1480

best to let it drop slowly on it's own. you're not dangerously high. reef crystals mixes up high although your alkalinity is not high ! you could dose some backing soda slowly to gradually bring up the alkalinity.
