240 acrylic or 250 DD?

Been looking for a larger tank to my 155 bowfront that I have had running 10 plus years. locally I can buy either a 250 gallon glass DD bought new never used on Facebook marketplace or ordering a 240 gallon acrylic online. I know all the pros and cons of glass vs acrylic. My biggest concern on the DD is the tank leaking. Any advice?

I know that I’m a broken record, but IMO/E get acrylic, especially over DD tank that won’t have a warranty.

I would contact fishtanksdirect.com ... myself and some friends are happy with their work.

My understanding is only Marineland makes the DD tanks. If so, I wouldn't touch one with a 10 foot pole considering their track record.
