When to Phosban React?

I'm in the process of building a tank for my 2 yrs old daughter. The plan was to have it up and running (cycling) by her birthday which is tomorrow lol.

However, our family cat of 11yrs suddenly fell ill and we had to make THAT decision So, the build has been pushed off slightly due to the unexpected loss and all that goes with that.

When would be the ideal time to put the phosban reactor on the aquarium; durning the initial cycling of the tank as preventive maintenance or when an issue shows itself?

Thanks in advance.

Kevin

It should be added as soon as you test positive for PO4. Maybe right from the start, maybe never. It is sort of a case by case thing.
