The Acropora nobilis

The Acropora nobilis is one of the most famous Acroporas. It was easy to find it in the first SPS aquariums in the early 2000. In that time the easiest colouration was the green, seldom the yellow. It happened when the green Acropora nobilis was placed under 400 watts HQi, it became yellow. The aquarists loved this Acropora because it was a staghorn sp. and it grew up easily and quickly, not to mention the incredible colour for those years. The long and big branches are extremely easy to spot in marine aquarium. Did you have one in the first 2000s? Did you like it? And now? Have you experienced a spawning with this Acropora? Tell us in the comments below.
