I would suggest to get an ICP-OES test done by marinlab to confirm your needs, but this is my hunch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would still recommend the ICP-OES test. That will take out the guess work.

Im no expert on SPS, but don't they (like many corals) change color based on lighting? Perhaps your specific lighting is making them pink rather then purple?
Again. No expert here; just my 2 cents. |

I've read blue lighting helps with purple. These corals are sitting right under a blue+, and purple +. Well i changed out the purple + for a geisman 6500k but the corals were pink anyway. I'm not complaining, the growth is great and corals look healthy, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I was right?... Yus!!!!!!! lol
Have you tried any supplement lighting with LEDs? I know that ReefBrite has some awesome and bright fixtures. Their fully blue lights are freakishly blue! lol Ones under 100 depending on the size and intensity. Might be worth a shot. |

My t5 is already retrofitted with two nanobox v3 arrays. I keep it at a 1:1 ratio though. So all channels at the same power.
