ID Flat Worms

I think I have flatworms. I have had them once in the past 12 years ago and I guess I remember them being bigger? These are pretty small.

Can someone take a look at the pictures and let me know if they are flatworms and tell me if the rock with a bunch looks like a really bad case or not so bad?

Trying to gauge if I need to pull SPS out of the tank.

Looks like planaria to me. Not a threat to anything really but some find them annoying.

Lots of biological and chemical control options if it is planaria.

Does this look like a bad case on that rock or no way to tell? Trying to determine if I can just treat in tank vs pulling corals out.

Various fish eat them, or you can use a chemical to wipe them out, but you do have to use a little bit of care when dosing the chemical so read up on it (after confirming they are red planaria).

If you get your nutrients down they will go away also a six line wrasse or a yellow will eat them. I believe they are harmless. But eventually they will cover corals which will block them from light and nutrients.
