Does NaN03 Solution Go Bad?

Made a solution of NaN03 and RODI earlier in the year and haven't touched it in a while. Need to dose nitrates again but the solution has some white stuff in it. Can I use it or should I make a fresh batch?

If it is in the water column I would toss it.
