Calcium builds up too fast on my PH and return pump

Found my return pump mag 9.5 not working again and had to soak it in vinegar to clean it out. It seem like I am cleaning the koralia evo and sump return pump with vinegar every 2-3 weeks. As I find them not now working. What am I doing wrong?
Also finding a haze calcium film on my side of my tanks that I have to use a razor to clean. I am dosing BRS2 part with doing pumps.
mag= 1320
cal=400
alk=8.4

Two causes come to mind. First are you waiting at least 5 minutes before adding the alkalinity part after you add the calcium? You need to do that and be sure to add the chemicals in a high flow area. You may also be overdosing even though your levels test normal. If you are cleaning calcium precipitate off the glass on a weekly basis and constantly having to increase the amount of two part you have to dose to maintain your alkalinity and calcium levels this is almost certain to be the problem. Try reducing the amount of two part you are dosing to about 1/3 to 1/2 what you are currently dosing and the problem should go away

Yes I am waiting atleast5 minutes. I am clearly overdosing then, but if I dose less, my levels go down. So how do I dose less and keep levels the same?
I am using a digital timer for alk and cal. For alk, it is dosing 7 times a day, 8 minutes each time. Cal is 2 times a day.

Maybe dose alk less so it will be in the lower 8 range and this will bring up cal?
