some type of worm???

it is a long thin tube that come out of my rock at night and it ihave like two tentacles at the end i have no clue wat it is and when i put my lights back on it goes back in the hole it is about 3 inches long

no actually i found a picture of it and it is a Bonellid Echiuran Worm
