Fuge light

I have added LR and chaeto to my sump to make a fuge. I have read you can use a light from HD for it. How much light?? WHat kind of light??

I've heard a lot of folks using the standard compact flourescent desk lamps in the 13w - 25w range.

any kind of light will work. i use a clip on desk lamp with a regular 60w bulb.
