Unhappy Solved the terrible mystery?

Hey,
Hey everyone I posted a while back on the deterioration of my soft coral tank. I could not figure out what was happening, my water was fine and fish were not picking at anything but my corals were just dying. After months of having no idea i think I finally found the culprit. The "Asterina Starfish" i've only recently vigorously checked and have found that I have an infestation, I guess I have for a long time. (needed bloody glasses)

At this point I am furious because although I think I know what the problem was/is I have lost a lot in the process. Anyway I have two questions do Harlequin shrimp eat them? And does anything else prey on them naturally?

Thanks in Advance.

P.S--I have read both negative and neutral things on the Asterina Starfish, can anyone else confirm their destructive power?

I had read and thought that as well but in my tank it would seem they have taken a liking to my softies.

Just read your thread and I had never heard of Asterina starfish, so I did a google search out of curiousity. I found an article that might be of interest to you regarding your question about Harlequin shrimps...
Hope this helps you!!
