Blue-Sided Fairy Wrasse's

Anyone have this species, and if so what do you think?

Also how would Orchid Dottyback and a Fairy Wrasse get along?

I could be wrong, but I think wrasses only have a problem with other wrasses and they do okay as long as tankmates are another species.

Actually, some wrasses to get along together.

You may have better luck getting an answer in the fish forum. I haven't had the two fish you mentioned, but dottybacks can be aggressive and wrasses tend to be more peaceful.
