lighting upgrade

Hello,

I have a 10 gallon nano that i started about 3 months ago, it cycled very well, will add within the next month a 2.5 gallon refugium. My question regarding the lighting i currently have 3 20 watt coralife 50/50 bulbs (10k daylight, actinic 03 blue) but i am not getting enough intensity. I was thinking about changing one of them (the middle one ) to a 6500k powe compact.

from my understanding for the size of my tank (20 " height and about 2-4" sandbed) that it should not be a problem.

I do not plan to put much in there a few fishes and maybe a few softs...

any comment will be appreciated

Only comment is that it will most likely make the tank look more yellow. If you're ok with that, then go ahead and give it a shot.

I've got a 150w MH light over my 10g....I get plenty of intensity.

i am going to piggyback this thread sorry OS, i have a 45gal 2' tall, 3' wide, 1' deep tank..... came with the cheapy plastic top and a 17w single tube bulb..... there is a little bit of room under the hood to add some small bulbs or even some LED setups. Should i go with some sort of blue led for effect and future corals? or is there a better option.... sadly money is tight right now
