can coralline grow in live sand?

I have alot of purple and pink color form each week in the sand, when I do my water changes, I vacuum some of the sand, and it comes out.

Should I just leave it?

Coraline can grow on sand .. but what your seeing is probably just small amts of cyano which exist in all tanks .. nothing to be concerned about.
