Hamilton Metal Halide Problem

Okay, I was seriously so happy to get this today, I just got home, and opened the box, to find I am missing parts, peices, and tools.

my questions are, i have a ballast, a socket, and bulb, but missing the reflector... so...

I need to buy a reflector.

it has no parts, so i need to buy stainless steel parts at a hardware store?

what kind of parts do i buy?

and my main question is, HOW DO I WIRE THE SOCKET AND EVERYTHING TOGETHER???? please help me, how do i do this, and do i need to buy anything to make it safe or do i just twist it?

here are some pics, thanks so much.
