You think your fish like to watch you?
I have a yellow watchman goby and pistol shrimp combo that has been in the tank for 5 years... He has lived in the same burrow, but every once in a while he will close up his main entrance and put one on the other side of the rock....
When he does this, I cannot see him and he cannot see me... He only keeps his back door for about 1 day whenever he does it.. and reopens his front door..... I think he likes to look at me as much as I look at him.

Yep, that's a yellow watchman for you! Love those fish. I have one, plus two highfin gobies who den up together, and they're like that. Gobies are my favorite fish. I'm wondering if I got more than one pistol shrimp if the shrimp would distribute themselves or shack up together.

I know my clown likes to watch me. When I'm around he swims out and tries to get my attention. When he doesn't know I'm around (in another room) I can see him just hanging out in the same corner...

I just got my Yellow Watchman tonight. He's such a spaz. I really want him to find my Pistol Shrimp on the other end of the tank. It's already got 4 holes coming out from under one rock...

My seahorses not only liked to watch me but danced and flashed colors for me. I think they were begging for food, plus I'm a klutz and must be fun to watch.

Everytime I come closer to the tank my Chevron comes near me. I like when fish are use to do that as when you want to show them to someone they get out easily.
