Durso? Standpipe? or Live rock in your overflow?

Im wondering what people have inside their overflows and if they see any benefits of going with either a durso, a regular standpipe, or just live rock. thanks for your comments and participation.

Two external (DIY) dursos. Nothing in the overflow but pipe!

I have a Stockman style standpipe in my overflows. They take up a little less space.

I've put LR in my overflow before. Don't plan on ever getting it out of there!! Usually run Durso's in there.
