Copperband's and LPS, safe?

I'm really interested in getting a copperband butterfly and I seen on Liveaquaria that they say with caution in a reef. I don't have a lot of corals, but I have some frogspawns, hammers, open brain, and GSP. Should these be safe with a copperband?

I have NEVER had an issue with my CBB picking at ANY of my soft corals!! I have had 4 different CBB's with four separate systems. I've had clams, hammers, torches, frogs,, etc... No issues. They did however decimate my aiptasia's with a vengeance. They also did a number on my pod population, but not to fear, I always had plenty of pods. I highly recommend one.

Awesome! I do have a high number of aptasia that I don't want to bother messing with on my own, hence just another reason to get a CBB.

I bought a CBB a few months ago and it ate my aptasia, then went after my scolymia. The scolymia is still trying to come back, the CBB went back to the LFS. I will however be trying another one here shortly, I guess it just depends on the individual fish.

Ya know, it's a funny thing. I have heard that so many times over the years about CBB's. ll of mine were introduced to my tank to reduce the number of aip's. All of them did it just fine. None of them messed with my LPS or even SPS. But I have read numerous times about CBB's not eating the aip's and some doing bad things to LPS. Just never happened to me I guess.

I used to have one and it behaved very well until the tank busted and I lost everything.

My copperband picked my red trachyphyllia to death. I never had problems with him for years, but then one day he took a liking to it and never stopped.
