Can we get Mr. Randy Holmes Farley to chime in on this here? No, not on that hi-fi northern california sensimilla, but you know this whole gold extraction thingy.
Does he still work here? |

How much do you pay for your NSW? (What I use) Are you spending a lot, and feel you need to make some of that $$$ back?

Interesting, I run my saltwater through a DIY gold extractor... it pays for my tank. I'll sell the plans for $1,500 USD - PayPal only please.

Look at it like this folks. The ocean contains 328,000,000 cubic miles of salt water. Each cubic mile can hold (5280)³ cubic feet of water. Each cubic foot can hold (12)³ cubic inches. Each gallon can hold 231 cubic inches. So 3.612 x 10²º gallons of sea water is in the ocean. How do we calculate this? Well, we use the normal conversions of feet to mile, inches to feet, but cube the numbers because you are dealing with volume. Take the number of cubic miles of ocean water and multiply by (5280)³ to find the number of feet in miles, then multiply again by (12)³ to find the number of inches in feet, and divide by 231 to find how many gallons will hold that many cubic inches. So there's 361 quintillion gallons of sea water in the ocean. That may not sound like a lot, but try typing it, I did but I ran out of zeros. Anyway, so if there's 361 quintillion gallons of water, and you can get .434 grams or pounds of gold from like 300 million gallons, if you processed all the ocean water, you'd probably get a lot of gold. Someone do the math, my head's hurting
tanks for the feedback everyone |
