? on IceCap 250 watt electronic ballast

I'm considering using 3-4 of the Icecap 250 watt electronic ballast on my 180. What does everyone think about this ballast? My other question is DE or SE bulbs? I don't really see what the benefit is of the DE. Also, should I use VHO or T5 with a 660 for actinics? My last 180 had two 175's, two 250's (all four with ushio 10k's) & three 140 watt actinic vho's. That setup worked great but was 3-4 years ago...trying to catch up on the newer stuff. Any input is appreciated. Plan on keeping sps, zooanthids, shrooms.

Icecap just came out with a new 250w ballast, I hear there suppose to be better than than the old ones. They are only like $20 more. But anyway I have 2 x250w IC MH with 4x54 t-5 on a 660 and I love it. Its the best of both worlds.

I have been very happy with my icecaps. I run 250W DE's.
