Need Quick Advice

My Osc. Clown keeps swimming in the front left corner of my tank. It looks like he's maybe struggling, and he won't leave this same spot. Other two fish come out and swim in the same spot, but seem to go back under thier rocks. Any reason why the clown won't leave this spot. Is he sick? No signs of Ich. Just keeps swimming in place, and aims up, but really doesn't go far.

Maybe it just likes the spot.

What about its breathing, and its eyes, or they cloudy, that's what my wife looks at, if all that is okay (I would think )it just like that space.

clowns tend to do that, mines swim in front of the powerhead up and down. he's not dead after over a month already. I guess they just find a comfortable spot and stick to it.

Whew..what a relief!! Thanks for the re-assurance! His profile is fine. He looks completely normal, so I didn't think he was sick or stressed or anything. Thanks again.

Hmmm..... my juvie maroon is doing the same thing. Since he eats like a pig and looks/acts OK otherwise, I just figgured 'thats what they do'. He dosent spend ALL his time there tho, only about 85-90% of it.

Sound like typical clown behavior. Perculas tend to stay high in the water column, occell. tend toward the middle.
