Help with current power compact light
I have a current fixture that has two 65 watt ballasts. One of them wasn't working, that it was the bulb and ordered a new one. That wasn't the problem. Is there a way to check the ballast to make sure that is the problem. Checked all the wiring could not find any problems there.
