AquaMedic Magnetic Ballast Won't Fire CoralVue Bulb
I have an AquaMedic 250w Ocean Light with an external magnetic ballast. It's been in operation for a year and half so I decided it was overdue for a bulb change. I chose a CoralVue 250w 10K DE bulb. The bulb attempts to fire and then trips my GFCI. I put back the original Aqualine bulb and it works fine. Am I limited to only Aqualine bulbs with this fixture?
