what to do with 10gal nano
Hello there,
i'm just in the process of cycling my new 10gal nano (also have a 55 gal reef tank). It has the AC 300 mini-refuge and 10 pounds of LR for now. Can any anemone w/clown live in there with 2x24W T5 HO ? (that's what i'm planning to get for this tank. RC and all friends here are the cause of me getting a nano. Thanks you. Denis |

Yes i heard that, i also have a 55gal tank. After getting to big ican always transfert the anemone to the 55gal reef.
My other question would be : is it easy to incorporate an anemone into a running reef with corals ? I've read that it might be dangerous for my corals. Is that true? Thanks again Denis |

depends on what kind of anemone and what sorts of corals you have. For example a bubble tip anemone has a tendency to wander until it finds a good place. SPS corals do not like the sting of the anemone however most LPS are fine.

Hi there,
if the anemone gets to big for the nano, i can always transfert it to my 55gal reef tank that already have a clown fish. Got another question though : how can i introduce an anemone to a reef tank with corals ? I've read it might be dangerous for my corals (mush, xenia, clove or glove, zoo). Thanks again. Denis |
