[Pic] White things on liverock. ID?

I moved some of this rock from the sump up to my main tank. Are they sponges or something? There are some larger ones that you can see over towards the left side of the rock.

I dont know what they are but I find them in my hoses and sponges.

I think it's a sponge too. My tank went through a phase where i had a bunch of those.
