Looking for imput on large chiller manufacturer's support.

I'm looking to get a large chiller 1/2 to 1 horsepower. I've had a JBJ 1/10 and a 1/4 both with no problems. I'd like to hear your experiences with Aqua Logic, Tradewind, JBJ, Pacific Coast which looks the same as Current USA's industrial chillers and others. I'm not only interested in knowing a certain brand has had few failures but how they handled warranty repairs and how fast. It's no good to have a X year warranty if they won't return your call to approve a return or repair. I could reduce the lighting cycle and use fans and 2 liter frozen water bottles but that would get old quick. If you don't want to post up your bad experiences because your in the middle of a claim feel free to PM me. I'd also like to hear how you rate it's cooling capacity, Some 1/2hp say any where from 10-20 deg on a 250-500 gall system. One last question, I'd like to hear how the flow is thru the heat exchanger. Some are quite restrictive and require a much higher flowing pump to get the rated min/ max flow for efficent heat cooling.
