brine eggs in a tank

just out of curiousity...
what would happen if i put some brine eggs in my tank...
i figure theyll hatch in 24 hrs and then get eaten.

any reasons why this would be a bad idea?

I'm not sure they'd hatch anyway. Your best bet is to cut the bottom off a 2-liter coke, fill it with salt water, drop a heater and air line in, wait a day and siphon off the shrimp.

I hatched a bunch the other day. That was my first time doing it. They take forever to grow though...

I did find an interesting as to how to easily hatch brine to adulthood...
It basically states to drop eggs in a bucket of saltwarer and just leave it outside.
4 weeks later, you have adult brine. The article stated that misc things falling to the water will behave as food for the brine.

Ive never done thsi, but I think its worth the try.
