Crocea Clam Lighting
To start off I am pretty new at this so please be kind. ƒº I am posting a separate thread for each question that I have come up with over the last couple of months. I have done a lot of searching and I haven¡¦t been able to find the answers I¡¦m looking for. Any advice would be appreciated.
Our setup is a 75 gallon / MH 2 X 250 14k 1 X 150 20K, pair maroon clowns, condy anemone, lawnmower blenny, diamond watchman goby, 6 line wrasse, 2 cleaner shrimp, various snails & hermits. ------------------------------------------------ We got our 1st clam today a Crocea; and I was wondering if our lighting is adequate. I have placed the clam on a piece of live rock about 12¡¨ from the water line and about 21¡¨ from the bottom of the light. I¡¦m wondering if I should move the clam up higher in the LR. |

I think that it would be just fine also. You don't want to put it too close to the top because if your water level drops too low for some reason, it will leave it exposed
