aquarium-safe bug control?
so i have a bunch of little black ants running around the corner of my house. its also in the same room as my tank. no matte rhow many of those sticky traps and sprays (form a handheld can) i do, they are still around.
so what i now am resorting to is one of those entire house bombs. i want to know if any of you have had success with these in the same area as your tank, and what i should look for in the spray that will garuntee things will go weel. dont panic, I HAVENT PURCHASED OR DONE ANYTHING YET ![]() any information would be great. thanks! |

It takes time, but it works and will save you a lot of money; Boric Acid and Honey. You can pick up Boric Acid at your local grocer. Just mix a little acid with the honey and place a few drops wherever you find a trail of ants. Then let them eat it undisturbed. Keep this up and in about a week the entire colony will be dead because they take this poisonous food back to the colony and share.

hey thanks!
i knew there was some sort of "home-made-ant-killer-recipe" i just didnt know it. so jsut put a few drops on a paper plate ir siomething liek that and set it out? |
