Rough shipping day...
Whew, what a rough shipping day. DHL royally messed up a package of LPS (looks like not a total loss, but its not great), and UPS crushed my new actinic bulbs...

It's okay. When I was first getting into the hobby I ordered my salt online with heaters and whatnot. They packed everything together and broke the heater and crap was smashed.
To top that off, I ordered 3 bags 20lb bags of live sand. UPS broke the box, rerouted the package, I called and asked and she said they trashed everything. Next day my package was on its way back to Premium Aquatics. Little did they know that was $80 worth of sand. |

I always, ALWAYS have problems with DHL... delivered to wrong address, overnight not arriving on time. I never order anything that can't be delivered UPS or Fedex.
