Ok, I went by the store tonight and talk to Ron the owner of aquarium in motion. I ask if I can take a sample of his FO system water for test and I told him I have my own test kit with me. He agreed, so I did a test on ammonia, NO2, NO3 and pH in his present. The ammonia was 0, NO2:0, NO3:.5 barely, pH is 8.2 water was clear no yellowing, no small either. I put my nose right above the water and I can't small a thing. He said he just added 2 boxes of fish last night and had lost 0 fish after DOA. ( I have to take his word for it since I wasn't there last night). I have to say the tank looks really good, the test show it, although is only one test. But I am surprise he actually let me do the test, I came in unannounced.

Ok, I went by the LFS after work today, took another sample and tested again. To my surprise Nitrate remain at about .5 mg/L no ammonia and nitrite, pH is about 7.3. The owner made me a great deal on a complete system for my 200g tank, so I am serious consider going for it. So far Ron the owner has been very cooperative to let me poke around the setup and do test. And he does carry the best looking fish I've seen in a LFS for a while, price are pretty good too, personally I wouldn't mind pay a little more to get a good healthy specimen.

Why do you guys think? Should I try it?

I had ask him about that very same question, the reply was about every 7 to 10 days depend on whether he purchase any new fish or not. The rate of water been change is about 35%, that how much he need to added back after siphon all the tank clean. I know some LFS that claim they change water every 3-4 days and it doesn't look anywhere as clean as this one.
