gauging light intensity
How does one determine if the intensity of the light they are buying? Do I look at the watts the bulb/fixture puts out, do I look at the color???
I want to make an informed decision before I purchase my light system. A little background abou tmy tank, its 40 gallon breeder, 36x18x16, I plan to have all types of corals. Thanks |

except that lighting guide totally leaves out T5 lights, which are comparable to Metal Halide according to many people.
