When i got my mushroom coral, i noticed that there was a brown flower of some sort on it, now it´s all around the tank, is this a problem?

Aiptasia = bad juju.
It will spread like wild in your tank and take over and kill. You need to get rid of it now. A true peppermint shrimp will normally do the trick. There is a product called Joe's Juice that also works. Get on it quickly, you will be sorry if you don't.

It may as I have heard of using Kalkwasser before. I'd be careful with this as if you use too much it may affect overall calcuim level. Do you test for calcuim?

Calcium level for a coral tank: 420 is fine.
Make a paste of Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime, and just don't get it on anything else. Or get 3-5 juvenile peppermint shrimp...they're a bit of a behavioral PITA occasionally, but if you get them young and get several, your chances of having one go after the aiptasia are high. They're a fun addition to the tank, and unless you have yellow star polyps, which they can't tell from aiptasia, they won't really damage anything.

The other thing I find with peppermint shrim is if you get some small feather dusters growing out of your LR, the mistake them for the nems also and away they go.
