Yellow clown goby in trouble

My yellow clown goby bit off more than it could chew yesterday when it gobbled a piece of raw shrimp that I was feeding the fish with. I noticed today it still had it stuck in its mouth and is breathing rather heavily. What should I do? I am thinking of trying to net him and pull out the piece with tweezers. Any thoughts?

Well I finally netted him. Pulled the chunk out with tiny tweezers (Not easy as he is only 3 cm ) and put him back in the tank. Hope he'll be ok.
