protein skimmer
Ok i know there are a ton out there.
I am considering an octopuss or a eoru reef. I am a bit restricted on height, 24" max heigth. 75 gallon tank. I just want some opinions please, Who is using what, are there other reccomendations?

Both skimmers are very good, but you'll find that euro-reefs are better built and they also include heavly moded pumps which contain a custom pin-wheel impeller.

how are they for noise? I heard some can be VERY load

Depends on which model you buy, as they use differen't brand of pumps for their differen't skimmers. ( Sedra, Gen-x, Ehiem. )
