How long do you run MH a day? - Page 2

There are polls on rc. Most people replied with 8-9 hours.

Mine are 9 and the actinics are 12 hours. Thinking about doing a separate steering for the mh with a midday of 7 hours (all three on) and the two on side on for 9 hours.

But the again - I am happy with the tank (red house) and why tinkering around with things that work for me, opinions?

I run my MH 7 hours....I run my actinics for 9 hours, 1 hour before my MH and 1 hour after...Corals grow like crazy
