Large or small reflectors

I have a 60x30 tank and was thinking of using 2 LMIII reflectors or would I be better with 2or3 of the mini's.
I will be using 250W for now as I want to try the Reeflux 12K bulbs but if I don't like I will put the 400's on.
The tank is 25' tall as well.
