starfish predator or not? PIC
I found this on the mat of one of my zoanthids. If it had not been for a hermit brushing against them, revealing this, it would have gone unnoticed. I barely noticed it as it is being that he camouflaged himself to look the same color as the mat.
I was looking and thought that the mat was growing "oddly." No wonder.

Looks pretty bad for zoanthids, down the toilet.

Even pests should be put to death quickly. Stomp on it.

pests make me paranoid. I never know if something like that is okay. Luckily I must have caught it in time as there wasn't any noticable damage done to the zoanthid. One of my favorite zoanthids too. A cotton Candy.
