Silica Sand
Who is using silica sand??? How you have any problems with it? let me know your guys experiences from it.

ive used it, but i used that dodge code on DFS and got me some arg sand.
only prob ive had was, that it is not white, it is more of a peach color

Silica sand is not recommended because it is not calcium carbonate (aragonite) based -- most likely, you'll end up with diatom blooms, etc. that use silica.
There are, however, some people who actually dose silica to their tanks. In short, I would not recommend it.
