Little tubes growing - what are they?

There are little tubes all over my live rock. They really remind me of the tubes that I remember my feather dusters having, but the don't have the feather dusters.

What are these things, and are they anything I need to be worried about?

Guess I should state that I have frogspawn, xenia, RBTA, and goniopora plus fish, mushrooms, and some button polyps.

If it lookd like spider webs are coming out of them... then they are vermetid snails. They are ok until they reproduce and go crazy

Yep, you're right. It looks like there are spider webs coming out of them. Can they hurt my coral?

If there are multiple tentacles from the same tube they could be spaghetti worms. They're pretty neat little critters. Vermetid snails though will have one long tentacle and zoos don't like 'em for sure.

So, do I need to get rid of them? If so, how do I?

They could be retracted spaghetti worms or feather dusters. Pictures would help.
